德泰克钻井装备有限公司主要从事海洋和陆地的防喷器和分流器系列产品的研制和生产。
海洋产品是与美国TSC海洋石油装备公司合作开发的,并通过了美国ABS**机构的图纸和强度计算审核及RAFFLES船厂和ABS船级社的出厂验收。
已生产的防喷器系列产品的较大压力工作等级为15000psi,试验压力为22500psi,较大通径为21 1/4''。无论是压力等级还是公称通径都属于API spec 16A标准中等级较高的规格,世界范围内也仅有少数几家企业具有这种高压力等级和大通径防喷器的设计、生产和测试能力;并且我公司生产的防喷器可以配备高技术含量的剪切闸板和变径闸板,以适应多种钻井工况的需要,能为用户节约大量的采购成本。
研制生产的海洋**分流器其较大名义通径为49 1/2'',可密封钻杆和套管的范围为5''-20'',较大压力工作等级为500psi,这种大通径和密封5''-20''大范围的分流器是目前国内一一家拥有该项新技术的企业,世界范围内也仅有2家。
